Bay Area Discovery Museum
Originally designed by the Sibbett Group in 1994, and expanded in 2005, this is the museum’s core experience for preschool visitors. The colorful space retains signature details created by The Sibbett Group such as the grotto, where kids take pretend dips as they float on a waterbed surrounded by bubbles and dappled sunlight. The pond above them, brimming with bright fish and lumbering snails remains, as does the echoing bat cave, underground bug’s burrow, and bustling ant colony.
